Kita Awaji Farm Stay Association (hereinafter referred to as "this site") recognizes the importance of personal information, believes that protecting personal information is a social responsibility, complies with laws and regulations regarding personal information, and appropriately acquires, uses, and manages personal information handled by this site. Information collected by this site will be handled appropriately within the scope of the intended use.

Regarding handling of personal information related to inquiries and applications

When we receive an inquiry or application from you, we will keep the minimum personal information necessary to reply to the inquiry. The personal information we keep is your name, email address, and phone number.

1. Purpose of Use of Customers' Personal Information

Any personal information we receive from customers who make inquiries will be used to reply to their inquiries and to provide information related to the activities they wish to participate in with our conference.
In addition, in connection with each activity, the personal information we have received and the personal information related to the course you have applied for may be used only when it is necessary to connect or transfer it to the operator of each activity.

2. Use of your personal information for purposes other than those stated

Any personal information entrusted to us by our customers will not be used for any purposes other than those stated above.

3. Provision of your personal information to third parties

The Council will not disclose or provide your personal information to any third parties.
The Council will not handle personal information held by the Council beyond the extent necessary to achieve the intended purpose of use (see intended purpose of use for each business field), except in the following cases:

When there is customer consent/when required by law
  • When outsourcing to an external company for the purposes of use set out in [1. Purpose of Use of Customer Personal Information] above

  • When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent

  • When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of healthy child development, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent

  • When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government agency, or a person commissioned by them, in carrying out business prescribed by law, and obtaining the customer's consent is likely to impede the performance of said business.

4. Protection of your personal information

We will regularly educate members of our council on the protection of personal information and will manage your personal information in a strict manner.

5. Deletion and erasure of personal information

If you do not wish to receive further information from us after completing your inquiry, please contact us via the address below. We will safely and completely delete and erase your personal information.
